Jeff holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from St FX University with a major in Enterprise Development. Growing up in and around the real estate industry, he developed a keen interest in the business at a young age. He became an accredited REALTOR® in 2008 and is a member of the Nova Scotia Home Builders Association as well as the Nova Scotia Association of REALTORS®. Jeff has quickly become a highly regarded professional, garnering respect amongst his colleagues, affiliates, peers and most importantly: his clients. He has expertise in new construction subdivisions, commercial real estate, condominiums, and modern selling systems. He has also operated as a new apartment-leasing consultant, worked with landlords and tenants, and has vast experience in negotiating transactions. Born and raised in the HRM, Jeff is community-oriented and dedicated to providing the absolute best service possible to his clients.

Matt has extensive experience with first-time homebuyers and shares the sense of pride each of his clients feel when they take ownership of their first home. After obtaining his real estate license in 2007, he has assisted clients through the purchase and sale of bare land, new construction, condominiums, as well as the process of residential resale. He has an astute grasp of the local real estate market and is continuously furthering his acumen through courses and seminars—which he actively seeks out. Matt possesses strong communication skills and ensures that he walks his clients through every step of the process of buying selling. Honesty, integrity and trust comprise the foundation upon which Matt has built a great deal of respect within the industry.

Scott holds a bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s university where he majored in Marketing in 2009. Having grown up in HRM Scott has strong ties to the community in which he is proud to call home and do business. A lifetime of working in his family’s roofing and construction business, Scott has utilized his strong construction and sales background to help clients obtain their real estate goals in new construction, condominium, residential resale and bare land. A student of the industry, Scott has made a conscious effort to monitor the pulse of the local Real Estate market by constructing monthly sales reports and trends to constantly deliver superior market knowledge and accuracy to his clients. Scott prides himself on integrity and professionalism, which is reflected by his commitment to continual education.

Kip (Clifford) Walker

Kip holds a BComm, majoring in general business, from Saint Mary‘s University. He became a New Home Warranty registered builder in 1984 and built many custom homes, as well as supervised several large tract developments over a 12 year period. An accredited Realtor since 1991, Kip has an industry leading track record and is a highly respected real estate professional. Kip is also a mortgage broker and began his mortgage lending career with CIBC/Home Loans Canada in 1996, specializing in new construction lending. He had 15 successful years there before moving to The Mortgage Group as a full service broker in 2011, offering options for all mortgage needs. Kip grew up in Cole Harbour and currently resides in Porters Lake. Today Kip’s niche market is representing buyers and sellers of waterfront properties in Porters Lake. Honesty and hard work are keys to Kip’s success in both the real estate and mortgage business.
